Important Update to Our Cancellation Policy
As your dedicated healthcare provider, I have devoted my life to patient care and clinical excellence. I am excited about the energy and focus that our upcoming changes will bring to each of your care plans in a unique way.
To better serve all our patients, we are implementing a new cancellation policy. Due to a high demand and long waiting list, we want to ensure that we are prioritizing those who are serious about their care. Effective immediately, our cancellation period is now one week prior to your scheduled appointment. For example, if your appointment is on a Wednesday, you will have until the Wednesday of the week before to reschedule—anytime that day, as long as it is at least a week in advance.
We are a very small office, and cancellations are extremely disruptive to the flow of our clinic, taking focus away from the task at hand. This new policy will allow us the freedom and space to provide a deeper focus, greater attention, and an even more detailed and conceptualized individual care approach for each of you. We appreciate your cooperation and look forward to continuing to provide exceptional care.
